However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned and you may need to return or exchange an item. Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to make the process as easy and hassle-free as possible.

All items purchased from Whole House Fine Furniture are eligible for return or exchange, except for custom and special orders.

3. Timeframe:

Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange an item. Items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.

4. Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at or call us at 215-954-1935 within the 14-day timeframe. Our customer service team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange.

5. Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exclusions:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used or are not in their original packaging. Additionally, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom or special orders.

7. Damaged or defective items:

8. Custom orders and special orders:

Custom and special orders are not eligible for return or exchange. Please make sure to review your order carefully before placing it.
